Clarence Vernon Wilkinson, Jr., 65, of Bostwick, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021 at his home following an extended illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Putnam County and was of the Baptist faith. Vernon had worked as a mapper for Putnam County and retired after many years of service. In his leisure time, Vernon enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his sons, Jeremy Wilkinson, Jake Wilkinson and Cody Wilkinson, sisters, Vicky Wilkinson, Juanita Sweat, Lanette Dyess and Lori Esses, as well as 3 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Southside Baptist Church in Palatka with Bro. Shaun Thomas officiating. No public visitation is scheduled.
